In the Pink

After a rather grey day of featureless low cloud, I was surprised to see the sun peek out below the cloud at about 7:00pm. Seeing as I haven't been getting out much lately, I thought I'd cycle down to the water at Fishbourne nearby and see if there was going be any sort of sunset. This was my reward. A few minutes after arriving, the sun disappeared over the horizon and the sky did this. I frantically changed lens to my 10-20 and ran about like a headless chicken for about 5 minutes trying to put together some decent compositions. Seeing as this magnificent display took me completely by surprise I'm quite happy with the outcome, made a nice return to shooting some waterscapes/landscapes. The saturation, whilst it looks unreal, is completely natural.
